A female French bulldog (microchip ending in 1664) was diagnosed with ketoconjunctivitis (sp) sicca per veterinary exam on 9/3/24. Licensee has not been treating this dog for this condition as directed by his veterinarian, and the dogs eyes are cloudy. This matter will be referred to ODA’s Legal Counsel for appropriate enforcement action due to the repetitive occurrence of the violation and the licensee being put on previous notice. Although this violation is being referred, it is still required to be corrected by 10/28/24. Failure to correct this violation may result in additional enforcement action.
