- Rusted divider panels in Cavalier pens
The divider panels of 2 pens on the concrete kennel area housing cavalier type dogs, the bottom square tubing of the panels has rusted and flaked away. This does not hold the horse panel solid, and allows the panel to move when dogs jump on the panel. This affects 4 pens of dogs. The flaking and rusting metal may result in sharp points and edges which are a potential source of injury to the enclosed animals. The rusted areas need to be repaired or replaced and properly maintained in the future. To be corrected by December 27 2014

- Deteriorated shade over runs
The south side of the building has several concrete runs, with covered shade over 8 runs. This shade is made of boards metal siding and also a white plastic or fiberglass sheet material. This covered shade has deteriorated. The boards are broken and stained black and green from the elements. This shade material over these pens needs to be repaired or replaced to maintain the structural integrity of the shade cover, and to protect the animals from the rain, sun and injury This affects 40 dogs. and needs to be repaired or replaced by july 6 2015
