Upon inspection the licensee had a female Cocker Spaniel last four of microchip # 2905 which lacked the required brucellosis testing for a new addition added to the kennel.

Upon inspection a female Cocker Spaniel last four of microchip #2905 was added to the kennel in June 2024 and had a litter 05/05/2025 no proof of a female physical was found during inspection. The female had been seen by the veterinarian recently and no issues were found.

Upon inspection the licensee had an expired bottle of amoxicillin in the kennel, the licensee was not currently using the medication and was able to properly dispose of it. Corrected on: 5/9/2025
