This Warden viewed general dirty conditions in the kennel facility which indicates that the kennel has not been sanitized as necessary to prevent an accumulation of debris or excreta or a disease hazard.

This Warden observed primary enclosures which were not being sanitized daily, as evidenced by statements made from the Kennel Owner, as well as the condition of the enclosures hair, dirt, and debris built up inside them.

This Warden observed there were no bills of sale for two dogs (Kayla and Kristin) that had recently been brought into the kennel from another state.

Wardens observed that two adult dogs (Kayla and Kristin) were brought into the kennel from another state and the kennel owner did not obtain health certificates for these dogs prior to bringing them into the kennel.

This warden observed three dogs that did not have a current rabies vaccination.

A veterinary examination was ordered on a dog under section 402(a) based on warden's observations of the condition of dogs during an inspection. Kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because veterinary examinations were completed within the 72- hour time frame.

Warden viewed that the kennel owner imported a dog into the kennel from out of state without first obtaining a certificate of veterinary inspection or proof of required vaccinations.
