Insulation (southside of main kennel) from above allowed to come into contact with animals. Please close gap by June 30, 2020.

Please trim excessive spray insulation foam at north wall of main kennel.
Floor-level hole, west wall
Please construct a temporary cover for hole to exterior at floor level, west wall.
Concrete lip behind kennels dirty
Concern that lip of concrete (behind kennels) is not being cleaned effectively.
Rusted galvanized wire panels
Galvanized wire welded mesh panels with excessive rust to be replaced by October 30, 2020.
Feces runoff, no waste removal
Waste removal at south side of exterior training dog kennel does not occur. No drainage is available, run off of feces allowed to remain. Must remedy (immediately) re-inspection to occur June 30, 2020.
Standing water, floor not drying
Standing water at south side of main kennel. Concern that floor is not being allowed to dry with C & D protocol.
