3.6 Primary Enclosures(a)(2)(i) The 1st sheltered facility housing adult dogs has a section of broken wire in the flooring of the 1st outdoor run on the left side and multipe areas of broken wire with shap points on the doors of the outdoor runs. These broken wires expose sharp points which could injure the animals. The licensee shall provide primary enclosures that are free from sharp points or edges. TO BE CORRECTED BY: 4/22/14
