  • 5 puppies under 16 weeks missing identification

There are 5 puppies under 16 weeks of age, without their mother that don’t have any official form of identification. Official identification is required for each dog at the facility and identification is necessary for APHIS officials to correctly identify dogs that receive medical treatment, are transported or sold, or otherwise removed from the facility. All live adult dogs on the premises, purchased, or otherwise acquired, sold or otherwise disposed of shall be identified by an official tag affixed to the dog's neck by means of a collar, or shall be identified by a distinctive and legible tattoo marking approved by the Administration, or by microchip. All dogs less than 16 weeks of age born at the facility must be identified through use of a microchip, cage card, tattoo, or plastic type collar To be corrected by 21 Aug 2026
