Gap where housing meets fence
Sec. 3.1 Housing facilities, general. Facilities and Operating Standards (a) Structure; construction. ***In the outdoor facility, there was one primary enclosure that had the housing unit on the outside of the enclosure. Where the housing unit meet the fence, there was a gap large enough for the two small dogs to either escape the enclosure or cause injury to them. Gaps in primary enclosure can provide the opportunity for escape or injury. The licensee must repair the fence to fill the gap and assure that all primary enclosures are constucted as required. To be corrected by April 14, 2014.
