    The last verified visit to the facility was on 01-16-2021. The attending veterinarian must visit the premises not less than once every 12 months. The Program of Veterinary Care also stated that all adult dogs would be examined during the site visit once every 12 months. The licensee must schedule a site visit by the attending veterinarian to include a head to tail examination for all adult dogs. This is to ensure adequate veterinary care and to provide for the health and well-being of the animals. To be corrected by: 05-17-2023.
