  • Rusty wire crates and metal panels

    Several wire crates in the whelping/puppy room are rusty. Three kennels in the kennel building have metal panels in need of minor repair and several kennels have rusty metal panels.

  • Exposed unsealed wood in porch kennel

    The door, frame and the wallboard surrounding the frame in the back porch puppy kennel are scratched and damaged so that there is exposed, unsealed wood within the kennel.

  • Excessive dirt and clutter in puppy room

    Excessive accumulation of household items, dirt, dust, hair, cobwebs & grime was observed on floor, walls and surfaces in the puppy room and kennel building. The wire crates and interior surfaces of the kennels were adequately clean with fresh shavings and no excess waste was observed.
