The following protocols are documented in the Program of Veterinary Care, but are not being provided to the dogs: \\* Heartworm preventative is to be provided monthly. \\* Pregnant females are to receive a dosage of Ivermectin pour-on at 50 days of pregnancy. \\* At 4 days of age, puppies are to receive a dosage of Marquis and then every 10 days afterwards. \\* At 5 days of age, the puppies are to be dewormed with Safeguard, but the licensee is waiting until the puppies are 7 days old. \\* At 3 weeks of age, puppies are to receive a dosage of Ivermectin pour-on and repeat every 14 days afterward. \\* Flea treatment is to be provided every 2 weeks during flea months, but the licensee is providing the treatment only once a month. Failure to follow the guidance documented in the Program of Veterinary Care does not ensure the dogs are receiving adequate veterinary care which could have a negative impact on their health and well-being. Each dealer must follow an appropriate program of veterinary care. The licensee must follow all the protocols and guidance documented in their Program of Veterinary Care in order to protect and support the health and well-being of the dogs.
