This warden observed approximately three (3) inches of water lying in two of the outside pens with dogs inside the pen.

This warden observed excessive amount of excreta in several of the outside kennels, and in the elevated puppy pens inside the puppy room, which all contained dogs and/or puppies. The excessive amount of excreta observed was more than one (1) days’ worth.

This warden observed significant amount of feces and urine in several of the dog’s cages. Along with an excessive amount of feces and urine under the outside kennel runs. Warden also observed dog food spilled under the puppy cages in the puppy room. The significant amount of feces and urine observed was more than one (1) days’ worth.

This warden observed the puppy room with an excessive amount of dog food under the cages and excessive amount of hair and debris under the primary enclosures. Warden also observed a mother and her five (5) puppies in an abundant amount of clutter, bags, blankets, and garbage.
