- Female Pug yellow left eye discharge
A female pug #127 had a left eye that contained a moderate amount of yellow discharge, discolored white portion of the eye, and a dry surface of the eye globe. This condition was not identified by the licensee, therefore care had not been initiated or communicated with the attending veterinarian on the findings. Failure to promptly identify such conditions delays care and may result in undue discomfort. A more rigorous method of daily observation of all animals must be implemented in order to property assess their health and well-being. Correct by communicating with the attending veterinarian regarding the findings of today’s inspection. Correct by 12/7/2023.
