The licensee must obtain and provide each animal with an official form of identification at all times and to facilitate record keeping requirements.

At the time of inspection, the Exercise Plan for Dogs, Acquisitions/ Dispositions, Inventory on Hand, and Contingency plan were not available for review by the inspector.
