The inventory of dogs on hand (APHIS Form 7005 Record of Acquisition of Dogs and Cats on Hand) was not current or accurate. There were approximately 2 dogs no longer in the kennel that had not been documented as disposed of and approximately 8 dogs currently in the kennel that were not listed. Records containing the required information for animals which fully and correctly disclose the number of animals held, owned, and acquired or disposed of are necessary in order to accurately track animals being used in regulated activities to ensure their humane care and use. A dog ending in microchip #5578 lacked a physical exam prior to breeding. The dog had whelped on 3/13/26 and was approximately bred around 1/13/26. The dog had a previous litter on 8/24/25. The dog needed a physical after the previous litter was weaned but before she was bred again around 1/13/26.
