Upon inspection a female Schnauzer last four of microchip number #8005 had litter on 11/23/2024 and another 07/07/2025, she was marked as having blood drawn by the veterinarian but there was no notation of a physical exam performed between litters.

Failure to conduct sampling in accordance with a veterinary approved schedule may result in animals to not be adequately protected against disease and/or can cause pain and distress. Correct by ensuring all animals are sampled in accordance with the schedule approved by the Attending Veterinarian. Correct by 6-MAY-2026.
