- Strong ammonia odor in kennel
Wardens noticed a strong odor in the kennel. Wardens measured an ammonia level between 20 – 50 ppm.
- Hair and debris outside enclosures
Wardens observed a small accumulation of hair/debris on the outside of the primary enclosures.
- Calcium buildup on trays under enclosures
Wardens observed a substance on some of the trays under the primary enclosures that appeared to be a calcium type build up.
- Incomplete kennel records since 2019
Wardens observed incomplete records. The records appeared to have not been updated since December 2019. There were numerous dogs in the kennel and dogs that had been sold that had not been entered onto the records.
- Rabies vaccines given after 16 weeks
Wardens observed eight (8) rabies certificates for dogs that were administered after the dogs were 16 weeks of age.
