Wardens viewed that there were untreated and chewed wooden surfaces throughout the kennel facility.

Wardens viewed that the kennel owner purchased several dogs that did not have proper bills of sale.

Wardens observed interior building surfaces chewed/scratched unsealed wood housing dogs.

Wardens observed primary enclosures with buildup of fecal material and debris that was not being sanitized daily or as often as necessary to prevent an accumulation.

Wardens observed cobb webs and dead bugs in multiple primary enclosures.

Wardens observed records were unorganized and not completed during this inspection.

The kennel owner complied with the 72 hour vet checks.

Wardens viewed that the kennel owner had transferred 7 dogs from out of state that were not accompanied by a proper health certificate as required.

This Warden viewed multiple primary enclosures in the kennel that had an accumulation of excreta, hair, and dirt indicating the primary enclosures were not sanitized a minimum of once daily or more often as necessary to prevent an accumulation of debris or excreta or a disease hazard.

This Warden viewed a large build-up of mice excreta throughout the entire kennel facility indicating the kennel does not have an effective program to control pests.

This Warden viewed a few primary enclosures which housed dogs that did not provide the minimum amount of floor space as required.

This Warden viewed 3 adult dogs over 12 weeks of age in a primary enclosure that had metal strand flooring.
