  • New dogs not Brucellosis-tested

    Four new dogs were introduced to the facility in October 2016. All new animals introduced to the facility are to be Brucellosis tested according to the Program of Veterinary Care. These dogs were admittedly not tested for Brucellosis prior to being introduced to the kennel setting. Licensee must have these dogs tested, discuss the events that are conducted at the facility with the attending veterinarian, ensure that the Program of Veterinary Care accurately reflects the protocols of the facility and that the protocols are followed as directed. * To be corrected: 12/19/16

  • Six dogs missing ID and source

    Six dogs listed on the acquisition sheet did not have complete information disclosing individual identification nor whom the dogs were received from.
