Failure to provide required documentation makes it difficult to determine if the facility is in compliance. Dealers must make the written exercise plan for dogs available to APHIS upon request.     The licensee was unable to locate the Program of Veterinary Care for Dogs, although this form had been reviewed on previous inspections. Failure to provide required documentation makes it difficult to determine if the facility is in compliance. Dealers must keep and maintain the written program of veterinary care and make it available for APHIS inspection. Correct by: September 7, 2022
