Nine expired medications were found in the kennel during inspection. Licensee stated that they were not currently in use. Licensee allowed the inspector to dispose of the medications before inspection was complete. This matter will be referred to ODA’s Legal Counsel due to the repetitive occurrence of the violation and the licensee being put on previous notice
