Continuing to conduct brokering activity without a valid brokers license is a violation of the Animal Welfare Act. The customer must either stop all brokering activity or must obtain a USDA brokering license. NO BROKERING ACTIVITIES MAY BE CONDUCTED UNTIL A LICENSE IS OBTAINED. Not having disposition records (APHIS Form 7006) for those dogs doesn't allow APHIS officials to be able to track the movement of dogs through the kennel. All disposition records (APHIS Form 7006) must be documented for every dog. Correct by 9/5/25."},{"h":"German Shepherd puppies escaped enclosure","tags":[],"q":"Prior to the inspection even starting, I observed three german shepherd puppies running around the yard. At the start of the inspection, it was determined the puppies escaped their enclosure. Their outdoor part of their enclosure was at the end of the building. The fence post for their enclosure was not stable and was pushed/slid off the cement surface and the side of the enclosure was able to swing open like a gate allowing the pups to escape. Housing facilities that are not structurally sound and allow for the dogs to escape does not ensure the safety and welfare of the dogs. The dogs could get preyed on by another animal, hit by a car, or injured/killed in a number of ways. The enclosure must be fixed so it contains the dogs securely.
