This warden observed two dogs that did not have a current rabies vaccination.

This warden observed one older puppy that did not have a current rabies vaccination.

Wardens observed an accumulation of dust and cobwebs on the tops of the primary enclosures.

Wardens observed that the garage housing facility did not have a heat source operating at the time of this inspection. No boxes were provided in any of the runs within the facility. The temperature inside the housing facility at dog level was 48 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wardens viewed empty water dishes in the housing facility. … Kennel Owner the dogs had not been provided water since the evening before.

This Warden also viewed an adult dam which was nursing 8 puppies and did not have potable water provided in over 12 hours.

Wardens observed an accumulation of dust and cobwebs on the tops of the primary enclosures.

This warden observed two dogs that did not have a current rabies vaccination.

The kennel owner did not have complete records for all dogs in the kennel. This kennel sold a litter of puppies born on 10/7/2023 during the 2023 calendar year which were not recorded on the kennel records.

The kennel owner operated outside the appropriate kennel license type (Kennel Class II) and failed to obtain the appropriate commercial license type. The kennel sold puppies to a dealer kennel for resale and transferred over 60 dogs during the 2023 license year.

Wardens viewed the presence of rust in a few primary enclosures throughout the main kennel building that could not be sanitized.

The kennel owner did not have a Program of Veterinary Care completed by a veterinarian at the time of this inspection.

Wardens viewed several primary enclosures that did not have an entryway that will allow the dogs unfettered clearance out of the enclosure to an outdoor exercise area as required.

Without a written certification from an engineer, wardens were unable to make the minimum inspection of assuring that the proper mechanical ventilation, auxiliary ventilation, or humidity control system was installed or operational

Wardens viewed records that were missing information required to be kept, such as, the physical address of where dogs went, dates of when dogs left the kennel, dates of when dogs enter the kennel, and viewed dogs in kennel that were not on record.

Warden viewed two primary enclosures that the plastic siding has been destroyed exposing untreated and chewed wooded supports.

Warden viewed that the heater in the building was temporarily not heating causing the ambient temperature to be under 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

Warden viewed several exercise areas that were not large enough for the dogs housed therein.

Wardens viewed a build up of excreta in the outside kennel runs.

Wardens viewed primary enclosures that were riddled with feces and built up with hair, dirt, debris, etc.

Wardens viewed an area outside that had a pool of standing stagnant water and a buildup of hair and debris around the outside kennel runs. Wardens also viewed flies throughout the kennel including in the dogs water pales.

Warden viewed a veterinary exam that was overdue.

Wardens measured the ambient temperature of the kennel building over 85.0 degrees.

Warden viewed a build up of excreta in the outside kennel runs.
