She had neck stiffness and a dirty, oily hair coat of the head area. Her Left eye swollen and tearful and the animal was observed to be in pain trying not to move. ... At 1:00 pm Tuesday the licensee still not have contacted the veterinarian.”

2016: USDA official warning (2015) for inadequate veterinary care to 10 dogs; additional untreated dogs later found, including severe dental disease.
2017: Injured, shaking Yorkie with untreated bite wounds was found without a veterinarian's treatment.
