November 21, 2025 — Routine inspection, USDA 88-A-0031

5 dogs recorded (4 adults · 1 puppy).

  • Indoor adult dog empty water bowl

An indoor enclosure housing one adult dog had an empty water bowl at the time of inspection. According to the licensee, this dog frequently spills his water bowl. The licensee provided water to the dog which drank a small amount calmly and comfortably without notable thirst. Constant access to potable water is necessary to ensure that dogs remain adequately hydrated as needed throughout the day. The facility must ensure that all dogs have continuous access to potable water at all times, unless restricted by the attending veterinarian or excepted as provided in 3.17(a). Correct from this day, 11/21/2025, forward.

  • Cluttered back room shelves, tables

Within the large, back room where the dog crates are located were two cluttered, disorganized storage shelves used to store some miscellaneous items not used for animal purposes including tool items, plastic bags and a fuel can. Also within the room were two tables which were covered with cluttered miscellaneous items including papers, plastic bags, clumps of hair, rolls of tape, and cords. Premises where housing facilities are located, including surrounding buildings and surrounding grounds, and other animal areas must be kept clean, free of clutter and in good repair to protect the animals from injury, to prevent the harborage of pests, and to facilitate the husbandry practices required in this subpart. A system of maintaining effective housekeeping practices must be in place to protect the health and well-being of the animals. Correct by 11/30/2025.
