Failure to keep records on vaccines and treatments given to dogs makes it difficult to determine when vaccines and treatments were last administered.     Storage. There are two bags of open bedding stored on the floor of the kennel. Open food and bedding must be stored in a manner that protects supplies from spoilage, contamination, and pests. Licensee must ensure that open bags of bedding are stored in leakproof containers with lids to protect supplies from contamination and pests. Correct by April 24, 2024.
