Additionally, the kennel owner sold 66 dogs throughout the 2018 calendar year, which also surpasses the limit of a k3 non-commercial kennel type by transferring ownership of more than 60 dogs. There was no upgrade kennel application submitted to the Department within 7 days of either date.
