    Wardens observed interior building surfaces with unsealed wood in areas housing dogs.

    Warden observed fecal matter in the primary enclosure of dogs which had not been removed on a daily basis

    Wardens observed primary enclosures with of fecal material and debris that was not being sanitized daily or as often as necessary to prevent an accumulation.
