There are several items being stored inside the main housing area for the dogs in the center aisle and along the walls. In addition to the regular husbandry supplies there are materials for building, boards stored over runs, tools, empty crates, supply bags of dog food, etc, cluttering the center aisle. Cleaning supplies, medications, supplements, etc. are also stored with these items. Animal areas inside of housing facilities must be kept neat and free of clutter. Building materials, tools, etc shall not be stored openly in the housing area to prevent accumulations and clutter. Husbandry materials shall be stored in a manner that will protect them from contamination to allow proper husbandry practices. To be corrected by January 15, 2022

The metal flashing/border on the interior surface of four of the indoor kennels at the joint where the wall meets the flooring have rusted and corroded leaving surfaces that have grooves and pockets that may allow the accumulation of feces and waste material. These surfaces cannot be readily cleaned and sanitized.

There are two runs observed to have portions of the vinyl tile flooring that has become torn exposing the wood below. The wood in one of these openings is wet and has been chewed or dug out leaving a hole that may accumulate waste material, creating a potential disease hazard.
