- A PVC drain pipe in a lower corner enclosure of the second kennel building had an excessive accumulation of debris, grime, and staining. This is a potential risk of contamination to the enclosed animals. Hard surfaces which the dogs may contact must be spot cleaned daily and sanitized appropriately to prevent accumulation of waste and reduce disease hazards. Facility must clean this pipe and ensure continued cleaning of all hard surfaces going forward.
