A Veterinary examination was ordered on one dog under section 402(a) based on observations of the dog during the inspection. Kennel was in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examination was completed within the 72 hour time frame.

Warden observed a water receptacle which had green algae on the bottom.

Warden observed an accumulation of feces beneath the primary enclosure which was not being removed daily as verbally verified with the kennel owner.

Warden observed an overgrowth of foliage in the exercise area surrounding the primary enclosure.

Warden viewed two raised outdoor primary enclosures that had wire flooring with a majority of the vinyl coating missing from the wire.

Warden observed an abundance of rodent feces on the tops of primary enclosures in one housing facility on the premises.

Additionally the outside of the primary enclosures at the sides where the wire flooring attaches were dirty with hair, dust and other debris.

Warden observed one dog over 16 weeks of age that did not have a current rabies vaccination.

A veterinary examination was ordered on 2 dogs under section 402(a) based on warden's observations of the condition of dogs during an inspection. Kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examination was completed within the 72 hour timeframe.

Wardens observed an excessive accumulation of excreta both on the floor of the primary enclosure and on the ground beneath the primary enclosure which was not being removed daily as required.

Veterinary examinations were ordered on 6 dogs under section 402(a) based on observations of the dogs during the inspection. Kennel was in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examinations were completed within the 72 hour time frame.
