Three outdoor dog houses are directly on the dirt and do not have floors that can be cleaned and disinfected. The front of these dog houses are completely chewed off and these enclosures do not protect the dog from inclement weather.

Four whelping enclosures in a new shed have doors made of wood that is not sealed and cannot be cleaned and disinfected. A few walls have areas where the impervious surface (painted drywall) has been compromised. At least two of the four enclosures, the flooring has had the impervious surface compromised exposing unsealed wood.

The four whelping enclosures in the new shed have not been cleaned and disinfected since last use, winter 2022. No parvocidal cleaner or disinfectant available.

Proof of annual health exams for breeding stock was unavailable at the time of inspection. Primary enclosures not maintained in good repair Article 26A 401.1 (a) 1 (a) Animals shall be housed in primary enclosures or cages, which shall be constructed so as to be structurally sound. Such enclosures shall be maintained in good repair to contain the animal housed inside and protect it from injury.

Primary enclosures not cleaned daily and/or sanitized at least once every 2 weeks. Article 26A 401.2 Sanitation. Housing facilities, including primary enclosures and cages, shall be kept in a clean condition in order to maintain a healthy environment for the animal. This shall include removing and destroying any agents injurious to the health of the animal and periodic cleanings. Primary enclosures must be cleaned daily and sanitized at least once every two weeks by washing all soiled surfaces with appropriate detergent solutions and disinfectant or by using a combination detergent or disinfectant product that accomplishes the same purpose with a thorough cleaning of the surfaces to remove excreta, feces, hair, dirt, debris and food waste to permit effective sanitization, followed by a clean water rinse. The primary enclosure or cage shall be constructed so as to eliminate excess water, excretions, and waste material.

(a) Any pet dealer duly licensed pursuant to this article shall designate an attending veterinarian, who shall provide veterinary care to the dealer's animals which shall include a written program of veterinary care and regular visits to the pet dealer's premises.

The following dogs are not currently vaccinated for Rabies as required by law: Howler, Joey V, BelKrak 1, BelKrak 2, Avraham, Navon, TutKrak M, TutKrak F Article 35D 753-a.2 All animals shall be vaccinated as required by state or local law
