Four-week-old puppies shivering
The temperature taken inside the housing facility at dog level using the Kestrel was 42.8 degrees F. While the adult dogs appeared comfortable, wardens observed four week old puppies shivering while lying under a heat lamp.
Dust and cobwebs in enclosures
