What inspectors wrote

July 27, 2026 — Routine inspection, USDA 32-A-0601

160 dogs recorded (95 adults · 65 puppies).

  • Missing dog vaccination dates

The facility is not creating and maintaining adequate vaccination records for dogs. The licensee states the adult dogs received the parvovirus and distemper vaccinations in January this year but he did not record the dates of administration. Maintaining medical records is important so that adequate vet care can be assessed during inspections and to ensure compliance with the Animal Welfare Act. Dealers must keep copies of medical records for dogs and must make the records available for APHIS inspection. The records must include the identity of the animals, the date the treatment occurred, and the name of all vaccines and treatments given. Correct by: August 15, 2026
