Warden viewed an excess amount of feces in the exercise area.

Warden viewed chewed, untreated wood and an excess amount of feces in the exercise areas.

Warden viewed that there was a litter of 7 puppies not on the kennel records.

Warden viewed records that were missing information required to be kept, such as, the physical address of where dogs went and dates of when dogs left the kennel.

Warden viewed a buildup of excreta throughout the kennel runs that had not been cleaned as required.

Warden viewed debris and excreta build up along the chain-link fence that had not been sanitized or cleaned as required.

Warden viewed a chain-link fence panel that had rusted completely through along the bottom of the panel and several other fence panels starting to rust.

Warden viewed records that were missing information required to be kept, such as, the physical address of where dogs went, dates of when dogs left the kennel, and litters of puppies not on record.

Wardens viewed one puppy over sixteen weeks of age that did not have current rabies vaccinations.

This Warden viewed 1 adult dog with a hot spot like lesion on the underside of the neck that appeared to be there for some time. A veterinary check was ordered during this inspection.

This Warden viewed kennel records indicating the transfer of a dog into the kennel that did not have a bill of sale from the previous owner. There was no way to verify the age of the dog at the time of the transfer.

Wardens viewed six (6) primary enclosures that did not meet the minimum size requirements as required by this section.

This Warden viewed a primary enclosure that was extremely dirty. There was an accumulation of excreta and dirt coating the majority of the flooring surfaces in the primary enclosure.

This Warden viewed primary enclosures that housed more than six(6) total adult dogs.

This Warden viewed an accumulation of dirt, dust, and dead insects throughout the kennel facility on multiple shelves and surfaces, indicating the kennel has not been cleaned recently.

Warden viewed that one adult dog was a month overdue for its rabies booster shot.

The kennel owner complied with a 72 hour vet check foll0wing this inspection.

Wardens viewed an accumulation of excreta in the outside kennel runs that house dogs.

Wardens viewed a buildup of dust on multiple surfaces throughout the main kennel building which encourages pests and contributes to poor sanitary conditions.

Wardens viewed one dog to have fur that was mildly matted.

Wardens viewed primary enclosures and throughout the kennel building to be caked with dirt, dust, cobwebs, and grime as well as a dog to be mildly matted.

Wardens viewed 2 primary enclosures that housed multiple dogs which did not meet the minimum amount of floor space as required in this section.

Warden viewed a veterinary exam that was done 30 days overdue.

Warden and Veterinarian viewed an accumulation of excreta in the outside kennel runs where dogs are housed as well as around the grounds surrounding the kennel. Wardens also viewed outside drainage that is in the outside runs of the kennel to be overflowing and backed up with urine and feces.

Warden and Veterinarian observed 1 dog that turned 16 weeks of age and did not have current rabies vaccinations.

This warden observed 1 adult dog over 16 weeks of age that did not have current rabies vaccinations.

A veterinary examination was ordered on a dog under section 402(a) based on warden’s observations of the condition of dogs during inspection. Kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because veterinary examination was completed within the 72-hour time frame.

Wardens viewed primary enclosures which housed dogs that had an accumulation of old shavings mixed with dog food and debris.

Wardens viewed more than 6 dogs in the same primary enclosure. This included puppies under 12 weeks of age.

Wardens viewed current humidity and data history taken by the data reader located in the kennel building having multiple days with humidity readings over 70%.
