  • Vaccinations and fecal testing lapse

    The facility is not following the written Program of Veterinary Care (PVC): -The PVC states to administer Distemper and Parvovirus vaccines yearly for adult dogs. Adult male Shih Tzu (#6450), Adult male Bichon (#4318), Adult male Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (#7507), Adult male Poodle (#3271), and Adult female Yorkshire Terrier (#0705) last received these vaccines in 1/1/2025. -The PVC states that 10% of litters and 10% of adults will be fecal tested yearly. Fecal sampling was not performed in 2025. Failure to administer required vaccines and conduct sampling in accordance with a veterinary approved schedule may result in animals to not be adequately protected against disease and/or can cause pain and distress. Correct by ensuring all animals are vaccinated and sampled in accordance with the schedule approved by the Attending Veterinarian and contact the Attending Veterinarian to review records and create a plan to determine when to administer future vaccinations for the applicable animals. Correct by 14-APRIL-2026.
