- Dog houses missing entrance doors
Sec. 3.4 Outdoor housing facilities. (b) Shelter from the elements (3) **** There are 18 outdoor enclosures with approximately 21 dogs were dog houses are missing the doors on the entrance. The missing dog doors on the entrances allows the wind, rain and elements to impact the health and well being of the dogs. The dog houses must install wind/ rain break on the entrances. To be corrected by: 04-30-2017
- Enclosures with floor holes
Sec. 3.6 Primary enclosures. (a) General requirements. (2) (iii) **** In the first building there are three enclosures with 4 dogs that has holes in the floor. One of the holes is big enough for the dog to escape. The other holes allow the dogs to injure themselves if they fall through. All enclosures must be maintained to keep the dog securely in their enclosures and prevent other animals from entering the enclosures. Worker moved the dogs to other enclosures and put signs on the enclosures stating it is under maintenance. To be corrected by 04-30-2017
