- Broken coated wire flooring (Repeat)
(a) General requirements (2)(i) The 2nd enclosure and the 3rd enclosure on the bottom of the outdoor portion of the white sheltered facility had sections of wire coated flooring that was broken. There were sharp wires protruding in the dog area and sections of flooring with wire missing. Broken wire and sharp points can cause injury to the animals. The licensee shall repair or replace the flooring and ensure that there are no sharp points or edges on the surface of the primary enclosures that could harm the animals.
