- Cavapoo and Cavalier King Charles matted (Cruelty Referral)
During the inspection, Warden and Veterinarian observed several dogs with moderate to severe matting. Matting was worse on the rear legs, dorsum, face and ears of these dogs. They were “Taylor”, a female, adult, black/gray Cavapoo-type dog, “Tonya”, a female, adult, tri-colored King Charles Cavalier Spaniel-type dog, “Harmony”, a female, adult, tan Cavapoo-type dog, “Poppy”, a female, adult, tri-color King Charles Cavalier-type dog, “Annie”, a female, adult, blue merle Cavapoo-type dog, “Snowball”, a female, adult, white Bichon Frise-type dog, and “Piper”, a female, adult, red, King Charles Cavalier Spaniel-type dog.
- Multiple dogs periodontal disease (Cruelty Referral)
Multiple dogs also had moderate to advanced periodontal disease.
- Old English Bulldog interdigital cysts (Cruelty Referral)
“Nema”, a female, adult, tri-colored Old English Bulldog-type dog was observed with multiple, closed interdigital cysts in her left, front paw.
