Upon inspection the licensee lacked enrichment within the four whelping enclosures, during the inspection the licensee was able to correct this issue. Corrected on: 11/17/2025
- Female Shih Tzu grade three dental
Upon inspection the licensee had a female Shiz Tzu last four of microchip #5494 which was deemed a grade three dental per their veterinarian, the licensee shall ensure corrective measures are performed by a veterinarian and documented. The licensee was able to make an appointment with their veterinarian during the inspection 11/21/2025 to correct this issue. To be corrected on: 11/21/2025
