    Veterinary examination was ordered on 1 dog under section 402(a) based on warden’s observations of the condition of dogs during an inspection. The dog was a female Springer Spaniel exhibiting signs of infection on the upper lip portion of its mouth with what appears to be a puncture wound (owner stated it was caused by another dog biting this one). Kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examination was completed within the 72 hour time frame.
