• Strong ammonia odor, saturated pads

  Warden observed a strong ammonia like odor and puppy pads saturated with urine in the pens under the primary enclosures.

• Feeder with dust and caked food

  Warden observed a feeder covered in dust and caked food lying in one of the primary enclosures.

• Days-old feces under puppy kennels

  Warden observed the trays under the puppy kennels had days old excreta and urine.

• Saturated puppy pads under enclosures

  Warden observed saturated puppy pads under the puppy enclosures.

• Adult enclosures coated with hair and dust

  Warden observed a build up of hair, dust, dirt and debris on the primary enclosures in the adult room.

• Puppy and adult rooms dirty

  Warden observed old food on the floors surrounding the puppy enclosures. Warden observed an accumulation of dirt, debris and hair around the puppy enclosures. Warden observed all of the primary enclosures in the adult dog room were covered in a layer of dirt, dust, debris, hair and spider webs. Warden observed all the surfaces of the objects in the adult dog room were covered with a layer of dirt, dust, debris and hair. Warden observed multiple large cobwebs on the ceiling of the adult dog room. Warden observed that the fans used for ventilation in the adult dog room were coated with a layer of dust, dirt, debris & hair.
