Warden observed interior building surfaces with unsealed concrete floors.

The kennel owner was unable to provide proof of current rabies vaccinations for 1 adult dog located within the kennel.

Warden observed a Beagle type breed which did not have adequate shelter for the dog to preserve their body heat.
- Dogs in boxes too large for warmth
Additional dogs in the kennel were provided boxes which were too large to preserve their body heat.
- Food bowls caked with feed
Warden observed food receptacles which were not kept clean and had deteriorated and caked feed in the bowls.
- Primary enclosures not sanitized daily
Warden viewed an accumulation of debris on the floors of some primary enclosures indicating that the primary enclosures were not being sanitized at least once daily as required. Through discussion with the kennel owners, it was determined the kennels are not sanitized daily.
