  • Strong ammonia smell, fans off

    Warden noticed a strong smell of ammonia when entering the kennel. No fan(s) was running at the time of the unannounced kennel inspection. Upon request the kennel owner did turn on a ventilation fan, but the ammonia smell only dissipated slightly during the following 35 minutes the fan was running during the inspection.
