Three Bulldogs without proof of current rabies vaccination

Lower shelf of whelping boxes which are located under rubber mat/wire flooring have collected dirt and debris.

Three cages in kennel building had a fine layer of dried fecal dust on floor. A one cage structure had three areas of feces on the wire flooring and the inside area was dirty throughout- no dog had been housed in this cage for several days

Two dogs purchased from out of state without certificates of veterinary inspection.

Treatments given to two Boston Terriers were not stated on the standard form

General housekeeping needs to be addressed at the facility. Upon entering the building there was a strong ammonia odor attributed to puppy enclosures that were empty but had not been cleaned and still had fecal waste in the pans. This odor permeated into the whelping area as well.

There were boxes of items including microchips with needles stored on top of the enclosures.

An empty feed bag was used as a trash container and per 3.1(f) this receptacle must be leak proof with a tightly fitting lid. The facility is in the process of working on the outdoor runs, but left over items are on the ground next to the enclosures and need to be disposed of. Housekeeping needs to be addressed to keep the area free of accumulations of trash and reduce odors for the health of the animals. Correct by: May 20, 2018

In a litter of five bulldog puppies, one puppy is very small and is not thriving. The licensee was tube feeding the puppy for an extended period of time during the day but stopped several days ago. The puppy appears to be declining and its condition should be communicated to the attending veterinarian in a timely manner. Correct by: June 7, 2019

Condition of Male Boston terrier " Henry Joe" DOB 12/28/15 not observed and/or addressed.

All dogs over 4 monhts of age missing proof of valid license except for except " Janey", " Jeanie", "Ruby", " Champ", and "Ashely".

Both eyes display purulent discharge in male English Bulldog "Tequila" DOB 5/7/16.
