A Veterinary examination was ordered on 3 Bulldog type dogs, ‘PUMPKIN’, ‘NELLIE’; and, ‘NO NAME’ (from Pumpkin’s litter) under section 402(a) based on the Warden’s observations of the condition of the dog during the inspection. The Kennel is in compliance with section 402(d) because the veterinary examination was completed within the 72-hour time frame.
