A complete physical examination of each dog at the facility has not been completed by the Attending Veterinarian (AV) within the last 12 months. The AV visited the facility in June and November 2024, however, a head to tail physical exam has not been completed for each of the dogs since January 2024. This exam is important to ensure that all dogs at the facility are in good health and that medical conditions are addressed in a timely manner. A complete physical examination from head to tail of each dog by the Attending Veterinarian must be performed not less than once every 12 months.
