  • Unsanitary wood boxes in enclosures

    Wardens viewed the presence of wood boxes in few primary enclosures throughout the kennel building that could not be sanitized.

  • Enclosures lacked acceptable shelter

    Wardens viewed multiple primary enclosures that did not provide an acceptable form of shelter. There was no way for some dogs to preserve their body heat. Additionally, it was 31.1 degrees within the kennel building.
