3 Rescue Dober Danes need licenses.

2 Hande made whelping boxes need to be imprevious to top edge on insides.

Rails need replacing.

Annual health exams missing for Draco, Doc, Fred, Rajah, Ranu, and Izzy.

Licenses not present for Izzy and 3 Doberman Shepherd crosses.

Primary enclosures both outdoor and indoor does not protect animals from exposure to hazards. Rusty cages needing repairs.

Plain wood floors (of primary enclosures) are not permitted unless completely covered with materials making them impervious to water. All surfaces must be impervious to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection.

Odor in kennel area indicates poor ventilation.

Observed excessively chewed plastic food and water buckets in outdoor kennels along driveway. Compromised receptacles are unable to be properly cleaned and disinfected.

Ventilation does not minimize drafts, odors, and moisture condensation. In accordance with Article 26A Section 401.1(c) "Housing facilities shall be adequately ventilated at all times to provide for the health and well-being of the animal."

Housing facilities not kept in clean condition for animals. Primary enclosures not cleaned daily. In accordance with Article 26A Section 401.2, "Housing facilities, including primary enclosures and cages, shall be kept in a clean condition in order to maintain a healthy environment for the animal. Primary enclosures must be cleaned daily and sanitized at least once every two weeks by washing all soiled surfaces with appropriate detergent solutions and disinfectant or by using a combination detergent or disinfectant product that accomplishes the same purpose with a thorough cleaning of the surfaces to remove excreta, feces, hair, dirt, debris and food waste to permit effective sanitization, followed by a clean water rinse."
