Outdoor dog houses must have a flap or baffled entryway. Outside back Kennel wall is rotted and exposed/ damage and unsealed wood.

In kennel runs there were cracked tiles and missing tiles on the floor. In several of the indoor breeders runs there wooden grates that need to be removed . Because there impervious nature was compromised.

Strong odors present which indicates poor ventilation. Several fans where not in working order and have accumaulation of dust on the blades and motor.

Enclosures not designed to allow efficient elimination of wastes,water, gases: back up of drain, sewage system. Enclosures and play areas must allow animals to remove themselves from waste material or standing water.

The inside of the water buckets were rusting thus leading to contiminated water. Rusted water buckets need to be replaced.

No treatment plan for animals receiving medication. Plan does not dictate how pet dealer is to medically treat dogs/cats. Any prescription medication on site must be accounted for in the plan.
